Chocolate Cherry Smoothie Bowl

PREP TIME - 5 min.
TOTAL TIME - 10 min.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 c. frozen zucchini
  • 3 Medjool dates
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of plant-based protein, optional
  • ½ c. dairy-free milk
  • 1 T. cacao powder 
  • 2 T. nut butter 

Toppings 

  • 2 Cherry Almond cookies 
  • Gluten-free granola 
  • 1 T. nut butter, melted 
  • 1 T. cacao nibs 

Instructions 

1. Blend all of the smoothie ingredients together until smooth and desired consistency is reached.

2. Pour smoothie into a large bowl and crumble the Cherry Almond cookies and granola on top.

3. Drizzle the nut butter and cacao nibs to top it off and enjoy!
