Prep Time - 30 minutes
Total Time - 1 hour

12-15 servings

Ingredients

For the Nice Cream

  • 2-3 overripe bananas
  • Choice of milk for texture

    Optional:

    • 1 scoop of protein powder
    • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
    • Chocolate syrup
    • Peanut butter

    For the Base

    • Vanilla Granola Butter, or your choice of nut butter!

    Toppings

    Other topping options:

    • Chocolate chips
    • Chopped nuts

    Instructions

    1. Break out a blender or food processor and place your frozen bananas inside. Add a splash of your milk of choice to help smooth it out. The end result should have a texture and thickness which resembles ice cream. If it is too thick, add more milk. Add in your flavoring/protein powder and blend again. Throw this into the freezer for a couple of minutes after blending well.

    2. Line your cupcake tins (we suggest using silicone liners for easy removal) and place a spoonful of your granola or nut butter on the bottom. Spread it out so it is covering the entire bottom. Pop them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

    3. Grab your nice cream and cupcake tin out of the freezer. Fill the tins with the nice cream and top with some crumbled Banana Bread Cookies, or any other toppings you like. Put the tin back in the freezer until they are frozen solid.

    Enjoy!
